Gregory R. Brice joined Marathon Oil Company in 1976 and was an exploration and production accountant and internal auditor until 1979. While with Marathon he worked in district and division offices in Wyoming and Canada as well as the corporate headquarters in Findlay, Ohio. From 1979 to 1981 Greg was an internal auditor with Getty Oil Company in the supply and transportation division. Subsequently, he was an operations accounting manager responsible for expenditure and revenues for an independent oil company. From 1983 Greg has been in public accounting primarily involved in the oil and gas industry. In 1997 his services were expanded to include real estate leases.
Greg's thirty-six years experience have been in the following areas:
Joint interest auditing, expenditure and revenue accounting for oil and gas joint ventures, gas plant audits, litigation support as an expert witness in joint venture related issues, bankruptcy support as an accountant for a trustee and for a receiver, acquisition cutoff audits, field equipment inventory accounting and auditing, documentation of accounting systems, evaluation of internal controls, fraud investigation and audits of CAM expenses for real estate leases.
